The admission criteria are as follows:

1. be a future mother and / or mother accompanied by children under the age of 7
2. not be addicted to drugs or alcohol,
3. not to suffer from extreme mental disorders,
4. have legal status in Belgium

Requests to be admitted to the shelter can be made between 08:00 and 22:00.

If possible, two interviews before admission are preferable, but sheltering on an emergency basis can also be arranged; the interview then takes place the next day.

The rooms are prepared in advance and all necessary items are provided as needed.

Attentive listening is immediately provided to the mother and her children.

Everyone agrees to comply with the internal rules and to engage in non-violent behavior.
